Where the work happens
Our justice abortion assistance programs provide financial assistance and hotel stays to those seeking abortion care in minnesota. In our 2025 fiscal year we provided $411,619 in abortion assistance funds for medical care, and $10,381 in hotel stays for those traveling to access care.
Our justice continued its deepening engagement with its community through emerge, our post-abortion support group that provides an affirming space for people to talk about their abortions and center the importance of bodily autonomy, as well as through our presence at innumerable community events throughout the year.
Our justice's advocacy program devoted considerable resources to improving the sustainability for independent abortion clinics in minnesota. This included advocating at the state level for an increase in state medicaid reimbursement rates for abortions, improving the administrative process for abortions through state medicaid, lobbying…
