The sail program gives seniors access to pre-screened service providers and supports seniors' overall wellness by offering social programs, volunteer services, and transportation…

Completed 40 free home safety assessments for seniors living in and around madison wi. Provided follow up calls to each participant to connect them with needed resources. Purpose is to reduce risk of falls.
