Clark County economic Development Corporation is the primary agency in Clark County responsible for creating new jobs and investment in the County. Programs are designed to support and promote economic Development with the County. Primarily by attracting new industries, assisting in the Development, retention and expansion of businesses and assisting communities in preparing for economic Development. Ccedc also serves as the county's tourism center.

Economic Development

Assisted with site locations, funding, business planning and packaging for new and expanding businesses in our county. Coordinated with county workforce teams to evaluate county needs for open jobs - including recruitment, company and job retetntion, housing, day care needs, etc.

COVID-19 placed clark county edc into an extensive communication network leadship role as the hub for health and safety and survival funding sourcing during the pandemic emergency. The organization was communicator between RESOURCES/ASSISTANCE opportunities - to all business, community, residents, and tourism.

Continued to assist citizens, communities and county development needs, advertising and marketing clark county. Through tourism, we united communities and improved the quality of life. We added special projects that could be held during the pandemic.
