The garden program serves appox 850 people annually by TRAINING/EDUCATING them in organic gardening, soil enhancement and protection and nutrition. They are also instructed on hearbal remedies, food preparation and preservation all via newsletters, classes, hands on experiences, taste testing, and field trips.
