NUTRITION PROGRAM Provides hot, nutritious meals (Congregate and Home Delivered) for persons aged 60 and over. Promotes physical health, nutrition counseling and education, and additional health support for aging. In 2023, 50,717 meals were served to our Congregate and Home Delivered clients.

Provides transportation via bus, van, and private auto for medical, social, nutritional, employment, and personal business. Many elderly clients are frail and require private auto escort and/or wheelchair-lift assistance to access Agency vans and buses.

Provides support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia, including grants to affected individuals and families. Programs include Alzheimer's Family Caregiver Support, Outreach, Information and Assistance, Respite Care, and necessary supplies and services.
