NUTRITION PROGRAM Provides hot, nutritious meals (Congregate and Home Delivered) for persons age 60 and over. Promotes physical health, nutrition counseling and education, and additional health support of aging. In 2021, 50,233 meals were served to our Congregate and Home Delivered clients.

Transportation Program

Provides transportation via bus, van, and private auto for medical, social, nutritional, employment, personal business. Many elderly clients are frail and require private auto escort and/or wheelchair-lift assistance in accessing Agency vans and buses.

Legal and Benefit Counseling

Provides support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia, including grants to affected individuals and families. Programs include Alzheimers Family Caregiver Support, Outreach, Information and Assistance, Respite Care and necessary supplies and services.
