Day Eights arts journalism programming includes the DC Arts Writing Fellowship and an annual arts journalism conference. Day Eights poetry programs include the DC Poet Project, poetry book publishing, and an online magazine. The DC Line is a non profit news site covering the Washington, D.C. area.
