Summary of the Filing
Where the work happens
Monitoring and stewardship of conservation properties, both owned in fee and protected through conservation easments. Monitored 62 properties accross 12 counties via remote and in-person means. Primary stewardship activities on these properties include trail maintenance and ecological restoration work.
Education and outreach. Offered educational community hikes, webinars, and workshops to foster a greater understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of the natural environment. Also initiated research and classroom projects to provide hands-on learning opportunities to students.
