Senior Programs

Senior services:the senior services program is designed for seniors 60 years of age and older. Kccsi offers the meals on wheels program to the homebound seniors aged 60 and older who reside in kankakee county as well as will county.

Energy Programs

Weatherization: at kankakee county community services, inc., the illinois home weatherization assistance program serviced 7 homes of low income families in 2018. Weatherization services consist of cost-effective energy efficiency measures for existing residential and multifamily housing with low-income residents.

Human Services

The employment counseling program provided assistance to 4 underemployed or unemployed youth with summer jobs 102 families were provided rental assistance in the form of a one-time payment to the landlord to help with family stability.
