Home delivered meals are provided to individuals over 60 years of age who are either temporarily or permanently unable to manage meal preparation and access food. The nutritious home delivered meal service doubles as a wellbeing check. This is critical for individuals experiencing social isolation.
Adult Protective Services
During FY24 the organization investigated 611 reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation of an older adult or an adult aged 18-59 years old with a disability. Case workers conduct investigations and work with in resolving the abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation situation
