Where the work happens
Corporate Guardianship Program. BBGS is legally appointed by the courts to serve as the legal guardian of incapacitated adults when no family member is willing or qualified to serve as his/her legal guardian.
Guardian Assistance Program. BBGS provides an assistance program to help families that are up to 250% above the poverty level. The avg. cost for a family to obtain guardianship is $2500. This is cost prohibitive for many families. To qualify for this program, a family must submit an application and provide proof of income.
Guardianship Information Sessions. BBGS hosts free regular information sessions in the community to help educate families about obtaining legal guardianship of an incapacitated loved one.
