The montefiore home provides nursing home care and therapy for the aged and ill. Montefiore strives to be recognized as the center of excellence for promotion of wellness treatment and care of illness, and attainment of the highest possible quality of life for the aging community.
Hospice
Montefiore hospice seeks to bring pain management and symptom control, as well as ultimate caring and compassion to those with a life-limiting illness, their caregivers, families and loved ones. We provide our signature care in the patient's own home, our inpatient unit or in other healthcare facilities.
