The Che Cafe Collective provides healthy vegan food service in a large, indoor and outdoor facility. Che Cafe also holds many multicultural and educational activities on its premises, such as poetry readings, dance recitals, art exhibits, etc. Che Cafe serves to support the community through mutual aid coordination. The Che Cafe Collective is a California nonprofit unincorporated association, structured so that no profit or assets accrue to any individual member.
