Focus activities to improve social integration skills and self-esteem along with creative expression through the arts for adults with severely challenging disabilities.

Provides a "job coach" for every three adults. The responsibility of a job coach is to assist with the job, ensure safety at all times, provide transportation to the job site, and assist with choice-making and interaction with other employees.
