Where the work happens
In 2025, AMP supported 485 individual youth experiencing homelessness, providing music and art education, , mentorship, nutritious meals, social services, and job training. For many, the consistent presence of artist and musician mentors fosters a vital sense of belonging and self-worth.
In 2025, AMP provided 20,000 meals and distributed 26,000 pounds of nutritious food through our weekly Free Food Market, supporting both AMP students and food-insecure community members. In 2025, AMP expanded the AMP Beat Building Academy. This month-long class is a trauma-informed music production and job-training program for youth experiencing homelessness.
