Education

Albuquerque oasis offers courses and presentations across a wide range of subjects, including the arts, science, humanities, WELLNESS/HEALTH, musical performances, and as well as hikes and walks.

Albuquerque oasis works with the albuquerque public school district, belen consolidated schools, and the bernalillo public school district to offer the oasis intergenerational tutoring program.

Albuquerque oasis focuses on increasing awareness, knowledge and skills for older adults to address their individual health and wellness needs. The classes emphasize current research on aging, falls prevention, physical activities and exercise, as well as other health issues facing older adults.
