The organization was formed for the purpose of providing a 71-unit senior housing facility in kenosha, wisconsin, with a mortgage insured by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development pursuant to section 221(d)(3)/223(a)(7) of the national housing act. The certificate of occupancy was issued on march 5, 2001.
