The foundation supports the development and implementation of educational and leadership programming to over 270,000 members through in person and virtual learning settings. Programming fosters personal growth and prepares collegians and alumnae to serve as leaders.

The foundation awards annual scholarships to qualified recipients for undergraduate and graduate educational pursuits. Scholarships are awarded based on multiple factors including academic merit, leadership within the organization, financial need and field of study.
