Food and Nutrition

Made up of the southeast ohio foodbank & regional kitchen, this division works to alleviate hunger in a ten-county region (athens, gallia, jackson, lawrence, meigs, morgan, perry, vinton, and washington).

Community services- our utiliy assistance programs allow families to pay what they can on their gas and eletric bills so they can focus on getting back on their feet. Our employment programs build on the strengths of each participant to help prepare them for the workforce.

Child Development

Child development encompasses head start serving children ages 3-5; early head start, serving pregnant women and children birth to age 3; summer camp for preschoolers and a car seat distribution program. The head start and early head start programs are the cornerstone of this division.
