Adult, dislocated worker, and youth programs funded through the workforce innovation and opportunity act (wioa) through the U.S. Department of labor provide free employment and training services to assist eligible individuals in finding and qualifying for meaningful employment.

The northern virginia senior community service employment program (scsep) under the national council on aging (ncoa) was sub-contracted to the skillsource group, inc.
