Urban Conservation and Restoration
This program involves conducting site studies and research to improve local parks and green spaces, as well as coordinating and recruiting volunteers to implement restoration plans in partnership with the city and other nonprofit partners. In 2023, design development began for a green infrastructure project to "daylight phalen creek".
Education and Outreach
This program includes free-to-the-public monthly events located at local parks and green spaces or online, focused on local ecology. This includes coordination with partner organizations and providing education about nature and sacred cultural sites in these public green spaces.
