The organization operates a cross-cultural church planting training center located in tijuana, mexico. The core of the teaching at this facility is culture and language acquisition (cla), to teach adaptation to and facilitate clear communication with new cultures. The instructors come from a cross-cultural, church-planting background.

The organization has a campus in taiwan. Four of its us employees work there. The expenses above include their salaries as well as $172,872 that was given as a grant to the taiwanese organization to help cover expenses there. In june 2024 they graduated 34 students.

The organization is producing materials for education training for churches on broad levels of missions. The goal is to help churches and individuals to better understand what missions is. Most of this is done through our conference we host each summer. We have also been working on producing 6 videos on missionary biographies.
