The organization operates a cross-cultural church planting training center located in Tijuana, Mexico. The core of the teaching at this facility is Culture and Language Acquisition (CLA), to teach adaptation to and facilitate clear communication with new cultures. The instructors come from a cross-cultural, church-planting background.
