Atlantic outreach group (aog) provides a full continuum of care for individuals overcoming substance-use barriers. Services include safe recovery housing, peer support, case management, workforce development, and direct access to substance-use, mental-health, and psychiatric care.

Aog's food program combats food insecurity by providing consistent access to nutritious food and essential household items. As one of the few food pantries open five days per week, the program served over 31,000 individuals in 2024.
