Human Resources seeks to foster widespread public appreciation of performance art by encouraging maximum community access. Human Resources also serves as a point of convergence for diverse and disparate art communities to engage in conversation and idea-sharing promoting the sustainability of nontraditional art forms.

In 2023, HRLA maintained its programming schedule with 12 exhibitions, 47 live performance programs, 16 film screenings and five online and/or in-person workshops/lectures/readings. Our programming featured a diverse group of both emerging and established artists, selected by our 15-member programming committee.
