Project Vision Hawaii responded to the Covid-19 pandemic, providing testing, vaccinations, contact tracing, and outreach. The organization worked with public and private entities to mitigate the effects of Covid-19, with a focus on vulnerable populations and service providers.

Better Vision for Keiki is a partnership with Vision to Learn and the Hawaii State Department of Education to provide vision care services to help children succeed in school and in life. This program provides free vision screenings, eye exams, and prescription glasses to Hawaii students, with a focus on Title I schools.
