Join the Journey (JTJ) is a Christian organization dedicated to alleviating poverty through economic empowerment. We provide grant funds to partners in third-world countries who manage micro-lending programs that help individuals expand their businesses and in turn use profits to enhance their livelihoods. We truly believe in a 'hand up, not a hand out' and have seen the impact when individuals can feed their families through successful businesses. In 2020, the organization was partnered with impact-focused entities in Haiti, Cameroon, and Zambia.

Church Support- Join the Journey sponsors church activities, to include infrastructure support, through our local partners. This program ensures that support is provided to deliver Christian teaching and worship activities that lead to overall community capacity in the places where we facilitate micro-loan activities.

Micro-loan Grants- The organization partners with local churches non-governmental organizations, and micro-finance entities in third-world countries to administer empowerment programs meant to increase the livelihood of impoverished families. Our foreign partners administer micro-loans to qualified beneficiaries.

Compassion Grants

JTJ partners with local churches to facilitate grants meant to sustain immediate needs, primarily in the form of food aid and benevolence gifts to ministry workers who often do not collect a true salary. In 2020, JTJ provided humanitarian aid at the height of COVID, working with global partners to help people who were in insolation.
