Operation and Staffing of Bethel Bible College (BBC) in Mzuzu, Malawi. In 2024, the Bible College enrolled 16 full-time students in addition to four full-time interns and 10 part-time students. New housing was added, as well as a heavy investment in campus security measures due to increased crime.

Operation and Staffing of Zola Zola Community Center in Malawi: Mbeya continued the operation and staffing of Zola Zola Community Center. We had four full-time Malawian staff living at the center and expanded our relationship and programs with Zola Zola Primary School.

Thekero Rural Youth Center. We continued the construction and development of the rural retreat/outreach center in Thekero. Retreats continued on the site while construction was ongoing. Four youth camps were held (quarterly) throughout 2024 during the school holidays for youths from the urban slums.
