Emergency Solutions

Provide our clients with safe housing during times of medical need, inclement weather, or other dire situations as warranted. In 2021 the on-site shelter served 151 individuals. OTM also provided an additional 190 individuals emergency shelter at nearby hotels.

Free Store Clothing/Furnishings

Provide our homeless clients with basic needs such as new clothing, shoes, hygiene items, tents and sleeping bags to keep sheltered from the weather, and furniture/basic household goods for those transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing.

Case Management

Provides holistic personal care to individuals who are homeless or formerly homeless. We focus on identifying permanent housing, access to healthcare, and building support by using various tactics. In 2021 we purchased 23 long-range bus tickets so individuals could return to their family support network.
