Garden state home (GSH) launched the bringing veterans home (BVH) initiative during the fiscal year to address veteran homelessness. GSH provided housing navigation, case management, transportation assistance, and limited financial support to help veterans obtain and maintain stable housing.
Garden state home (GSH) provided supportive services to at-risk youth and young adults through the bridges to employing youth program. GSH delivered case management, educational support, job readiness training, and employment placement assistance.
