Addiction Counseling

Teras's Mission is to provide accessible, affordable, quality treatment services to Portland area residents. Our addictions program and the state approved DUII outpatient programs served mostly low income and or Medicaid insured individuals providing nearly 3000 services; group and individual counseling and case management.
