The riverworks thrift store opened in january 2012 at the rockford mall located at 8900 walnut drive. In march of 2017 the store relocated to the greenfield mall at 7945 highway 55. The store sells clothing, furniture, kitchen and housewares, toys, books and more.

Food shelf opened in march of 2010 at 8230 cedar street, rockford, MN. In 2023 - 2024 the food shelf distributed 193,300 pounds of food to 1,710 households. The foodshelf has one full-time employee.

Community building events and programs include thousand hearts crow river serve, lunch box express, good eats by riverworks, golden neighbors lunch club, crow river christmas & national night out. These projects are done for the sole purpose of bringing the community together and to identify and provide services where needed.
