Begins with a personal story based approach, looking at lifelong patterns, personal strengths and areas that have prevented a woman from moving forward to healthy independence. Topics range from setting personal boundaries, finances, parenting, creating personal growth goals, vocational exploration and co-parenting issues.

The Revive Course

The revive course is a thirteen week intensive small group experience that helps a woman identify her thinking style, passions, and strengths. It increases emotional iq, self-confidence, and the ability to advocate for the needs of one's family.
