Positive Discipline in the Classroom

Sound Discipline offers our trauma informed Positive Discipline training for K-12 educators in school sponsored and participant sponsored settings. Sound Discipline offered 24 full trainings and many partial and supplemental trainings.

Data Teams & Consulting

Providing coaching and training to school discipline data teams. Teams used school level discipline data and monitored and evaluated trauma informed interventions. Also provided consultation for working with students in each school with the most challenging behaviors using a trauma-informed, strengths based approach.

Trauma Informed Practices Training

Provided training in practical tools for building resilience for educators and community members in Washington, Oregon and California. In the 4th quarter due to COVID-19 program delivery was virtual. The team offered 45 separate trainings serving more than 2,000 educators and community members.
