Engage 150 congregational organizers through monthly coaching sessions, newsletter and opportunities for action. Coach hundreds of individuals in creating a climate justice household plan.

Work to promote equity in the solar arena through facilitating the just solar coalition. Manage marketing, website, and coordinate management. Promote equity in the workforce through educating solar professionals in creating an equitable workforce. Engage about 100 in a grassroots people's movement assembly.
