Community Engagement

2040 PFH brings diverse stakeholders together to encourage collaboration and partnership in the surrounding communties. 2040 PFH partners with CCTSI to provide a community liaison to help people become actively involved in advancing health and health care access in their communities.

Training and Education

2040 PFH plays a role in training and education on community engagement and CBPR. The various ways we do so include facilitating community immersion programs for CU Family Medicine Residents and for medical students involved in mentored scholarly activies (MSA projects).

2040 is actively involved in developing and executing a number of community based projects to improve health thru community translational research and boot camp translation including Developmental Delay, Sleep Apnea, and HPV.
