Case Management

Provides ongoing aid to participants as they work towards self-sufficiency. This program is offered to individuals and families on both a short-term and on an extended basis. Immediate assistance and advocacy are provided as needed, including referrals to other social service agencies for additional help.

Food Pantry Program

The food pantry program provides at least a 5 day supply of supplemental groceries to approximately 510 households each month.

Kids Cafe Program

Services approximately 300 children. This program is designed to meet the needs of low-income children ages 0-18, who are at risk of hunger. This program is geared towards "latchkey" children - children whose parents will not be there when they arrive home from school.
