Operation of the local toledo chapter of the parent organization, triangle fraternity. Approximately 25 to 30 man chapter. Approximately 6 new members pledged. Approximately 6 pledges became full members. National organization provides oversight of POLICIES/PROCEDURES.

Provide dormitory style housing for the undergraduate members. Fraternity contracts with the university of toledo for a 17 person dormitory style on-campus housing. Property and liability insurance must be maintained on the dormitory facility at about 7,200 per year.
