A teacher dvelopment and training plan (also exceeding mde standards) is another collaboration between cea and eastern carver county schools. The success of these programs is perhaps a highlight of our recent program year.

Cea partners with eastern carver county schools to administer q comp program of MN dept. Of education. It is a voluntary program that allows local districts and exclusive representatives of the teachers to design and collectively bargain a plan that meets the five compnents of the law.
