His Branches Health

His Branches is uniquely neighborhood-centric, with two practice locations in Rochester New York: Grace Family Medicine in the 19th Ward, and Joy Family Medicine in the Beechwood neighborhood. In our 2019/2020 fiscal year we served 1,947 patients, of all ages, through 7,123 patient encounters.
