Long-term care ombudsman. Serving seniors inc. Provides LTC ombudsman services to six counties, lackawanna, luzerne, wayne, monroe, pike, wyoming. In addition to investigating complaints and making routine visits, our ombudsman train residents on their rights through the peer program.

Guardianship department. Court-appointed guardians play a vital role in meeting the needs of the community, particularly when it comes to individuals who are unable to make decisions for themselves due to incapacitation or other factors.

Patient advocacy. After the launch was impaired by the pandemic, the re-casted patient advocacy program blossomed in early 2023 and since then has become part of the health care and community service landscape. Serving seniors, inc.
