Metro west CD provides assistance to households in search of affordable housing. We also coordinate lotteries and TENANT/BUYER selection on behalf of developers of affordable housing throughout massachusetts.

In 2024 metro west CD completed the construction of 44 affordable housing units and continued the construction of 40 affordable housing units. Metro west CD also oversaw the management of its' portfolio of affordable housing units and held loans related to its' affordable housing developments.
