Housing Programs

Housing case management serving 600 Waltham households each year. Tenant support includes free, walk-in help with applying for public housing, housing searches trainings support during an eviction process, assistance in finding emergency housing, and applying for funds for rental assistance.

advocacy and community organizing of Waltham residents for affordable and safe housing for low and moderate income households in Waltham. To increase the amount of affordable housing for participation of local residents in their community.

Adult Education

provision and promotion of adult education and leadership development for residents of the Waltham area. Education includes english language instruction, life skills, first time homebuying and tenant-landlord law. WATCH also offers free 1 on 1 english tutoring, GED classes, and citizenship class.
