The community mobilization program (CMP) serves fulton and montgomery counties to mobilize and raise awareness of identified HIV/AIDS related issues. Specific focus areas recently include: youth sexual health,lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, MSM support, hiv testing, and peer support for people living with hiv.

The bilingual day care center helps working families access quality child care and subsidy assistance. Workforce development institute's child care program is a collaborative demonstration project with the new york state office of children and family services, and the local county department social services in albany.
