Areas of expertise include, evaluation and strategic analytics, fiscal & quality improvement, system and practice transformation, and specialized expertise in areas of cultural competence, diversity, equity and inclusion, and trauma responsive practices. A trusted long-time partner to organizations across NY state and beyond, ccsi has a deep and practical understanding of what IT takes to inspire and support practice change at the local level.
