Permanent Supportive Housing
Homes with hope oversees fifty-two supportive housing units in westport and norwalk for individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness. Case managers assist residents with the tools they need to maintain housing stability and independent living.
Gillespie center & hoskins place. Located in downtown westport, CT the gillespie center and housing place emergency shelter program provides emergency shelter, social services, and case management for single men and women aged 18 and over.
Rapid Rehousing
An evidence-based approach to end homelessness quickly by providing short-term case management services and targeted financial assistance. Based on the housing first model, RRH case managers help clients find housing and then provide them with any additional services they might need.
