Individuals with developmental disabilities are able to access and choose their own personalized and self-directed care providers. Easter seals new jersey manages individualized budgets, pays the selected vendors and provider and acts as the employer of record of staff that is hired by the individual.
Community Living Services (cls)
Easter seals community living services (CLS) provides residential, outreach, case management and family support services to individuals with a mental illness diagnosis. Residential services were provided to 237 individuals at 41 sites inwarren, hunterdon, monmouth, essex, somerset, and middlesex counties.
Community support services (CSS)- day services and residential services are provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. The people, who attended these programs, community activities, acquired skills necessary to maintain daily living, and adapt to lifestylechanges.
