Direct Intervention Horse Rescue

Rescue and rehabilitation of abused and neglected horses, retraining as needed and rehoming into permanent homes. In 2024, safe cared for 54 horses in total, with 16 new INTAKES,15 horses adopted, and 7 horses humanely euthanized.

Short term assistance for horse owners in need, including hay bank, gelding assistance, vet and farrier vouchers, blanket bank and humane euthansia. In 2024, safe was contacted by 177 people seeking assistance.
