Youth Leadership Academy, which supported the positive development of more than 300 youth through year-round, afterschool and summer activities (which were adapted to online format due to COVID) designed to increase high school graduation and reduce teen violence.

The Annual Workday Program mobilizes over 2,500 volunteers to complete beautification projects throughout the community. Sharefest's staff work in close coordination with identified schools, public parks and other sites in the community to plan and design beautification projects that the community has requested.
