The peter dougherty society was able to be open for the general public in spite of the world-wide pandemic caused by the coronavirus (SARS-2). Docent personnel were able to volunteer their time in providing tours of the home in a safe manner. Visits to the peter doughery homestead over the past two years have increased significantly.
